A uEye support file is a binary file with the extension .log. The file contains camera and driver details that are required for diagnostics by the uEye support team. No personal computer data or user data is stored in this file. |
The "Create support file" button opens the "Save as" dialog box, where you can save the displayed camera information and additional driver information to a file.
