Description

Using is_DeviceFeature() you can configure special camera functions provided by specific uEye models:

•Activate the I2C stop bit between the write and read command.

I2C functions are only supported by the PCB versions of the camera series uEye LE USB 3.1 Gen 1, USB 3 uEye LE, USB uEye LE, and GigE uEye LE.

The nCommand input parameter is used to select the function mode. The pParam input parameter depends on the selected function mode. If you select functions for setting or returning a value, pParam contains a pointer to a variable of the UINT type. The size of the memory area to which pParam refers is specified in the cbSizeOfParam input parameter.

Input parameters

hCam	Camera handle
nCommand IS_DEVICE_FEATURE_CMD_SET_REPEATED_START_CONDITION_I2C Enables/disables the I2C stop bit between the write and read command. IS_DEVICE_FEATURE_CMD_GET_REPEATED_START_CONDITION_I2C Returns the current setting for the function. IS_DEVICE_FEATURE_CMD_GET_REPEATED_START_CONDITION_I2C_DEFAULT Returns the default setting for the function.
pParam	Pointer to a function parameter, whose function depends on nCommand.
cbSizeOfParam	Size (in bytes) of the memory area to which pParam refers.
